Administration/Clerical Assistant
Job Summary
Weyrick Lumber is seeking an Administrative/Clerical Assistant to help perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to help our business run smoothly. Duties include providing support to managers and employees, assisting in daily office tasks and managing our companies’ general administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
- Balance and track transactions from previous day’s sales activities.
- Properly input sales documents and accompanying information into company database.
- Help facilitate proper flow of pre-lien activity.
- Provide administrative support as needed throughout the business and as directed.
- Print and send invoices to customers per customer request.
- Create and track necessary data for jobs and business needs.
- Answer inbound phone calls and direct them to appropriate people.
- Work well in a dynamic, team-based environment.
Education
- High school diploma with some college business courses.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Three years of administrative experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to/from work.
- Strong computer skills with solid working knowledge of MS Word/Excel.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Some experience in construction industry a plus.
- Regular attendance is required.
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must pass a post-offer drug screen.
